All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product description or price, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked services.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
• Shipping Costs: UK shipping is included in the price of all items listed in The Reserve.
• Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your specimen. In accordance with UK distance selling laws, we operate the following return policy:

• Change of Mind: You may return any unopened and sealed resin within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
• Hygiene & Safety: Due to the botanical and hygiene-sensitive nature of raw resins, we cannot accept returns once the packaging seal has been broken or any portion of the resin has been used.
• Errors & Faults: If the product was not as advertised, the wrong weight was supplied, or the wrong product was received, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact [email protected]. Return shipping for 'change of mind' remains the responsibility of the customer.
